DIRECT REPAIR FACILITY
Border Auto Body is MPI Accredited and iCar Gold Class Certified. We have the latest equipment and ongoing education to repair your vehicle and restore it to the pre-collision state. So… whether wildlife, hail, or a collision has caused your vehicle damage, our team is ready to put you back in the driver’s seat.
Border Auto Body is a participant in the DR Program known as Direct Repair.
– When making a body claim to MPI, one of the questions asked is if you would like to participate in the DR Program?
– What that means is would you like to have your vehicle estimated and fixed at a DR Facility?
Which means you do not have to get an appointment at a MPI center, but any participating DR approved businesses.
Your vehicle’s estimate is written up and completed at the shop of your choice in the program. We are listed as active in this program and are able to write the estimate for you. You still have to call the claim into MPI and follow their instructions as some claims are not DR approved.
Glass Replacement and/or Repair
Border Auto Body is MPI Certified to handle all your glass needs. We make the claim for you for your convenience, order the glass in and submit the claim. Please know prior to calling in what your deductible and GST payable is.
Your Autopac Broker hopefully has explained that clearly to you and the different options of coverage at time of selection of coverage and cannot be changed after the damage has occurred.
We also replace and repair glass as a service with no MPI coverage, body shop rates apply.
